Centered on community, shared testimonies, and acts of service, the ministry provides a welcoming space where people can experience healing, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Its mission is simple—remind everyone that even in the darkest times, God’s light always shines.

Ministry Leader
Born in Chicago and raised with a foundation in faith, Sister Victoria found her true calling after giving her heart to the Lord at age 36. With over 50 years of ministry experience—ranging from pioneering a Spanish-speaking church to leading children’s Christian education—she has a deep passion for evangelism and discipleship.
After joining Awaken LA, she felt called to launch First Touch Ministries during the challenges of the COVID pandemic, creating a ministry centered on community, shared testimonies, and mutual service. Her heart is to see God’s presence and healing power reach people in their everyday lives, affirming that in the darkest times, God’s light always shines.
